I know there are apps available to assist you in doing just this. Apps such as Rocket Money, (formerly Truebill) help to identify and cancel unwanted subscriptions. Besides that you would probably need to look into your past statement or look back over you transactions over the last few months to identify recurring transactions and the same time every month. Can PayPal or your bank tell you the sources, so you can cancel directly with the subscription provider? If not, any reason not to simply block those transactions? On Paypal, login and look for a list of authorizations. Review carefully and start deleting! Contact your bank and see if they can help do the same.
