Hi Meghan! Thanks for posting in the MoneyWise Community. Are you looking for an advisor who shares your values, or are you looking for faith based investments (avoiding companies that don't align with biblical values, embracing companies that provide beneficial goods and services that promote human flourishing, etc.)... or both?

Hi Meghan - you are very wise to start a retirement plan for your company! I would start by looking at KingdomAdvisors.Com and searching for a Certified Kingdom Advisor in your area! You can then interview them on their investing process and helping you set up the best plan for your company.

I agree with what’s already been said. You want an advisor that will help you determine the best retirement plan to establish for your business. From there, you should be able to get a better understanding of how to go about BRI within the retirement plan and accounts. I’m also from Missouri!
